Design of Mine Microseism Monitoring System Based on Optical Fiber Sensor

摘要: 针对现有的基于电传感器的矿井微震信号监测系统的低安全性、受电磁干扰等问题,提出了基于光纤传感器的矿井微震信号监测系统设计方案。设计了高灵敏度的光电检测电路、信号放大和滤波电路。选择了合适的数据采集卡、工控计算机,设计了基于LabVIEW的上位机监控软件。构建了一套基于光纤传感器的矿井微震监测系统。测试结果表明该系统能较好的实现对微震信号实时监测并数据存储。

Abstract: In view of problems of low safety and electromagnetic interference in existing mine microseism monitoring system based on electric sensor, a design scheme of mine microseism monitoring system based on optical fiber sensor was proposed. This paper presented design of circuits of high sensitivity photoelectric detection, signal amplification and noise reduction. Suitable data acquisition card and industrial control computer were selected. Monitoring software based on LabVIEW was designed. A mine microseism monitoring system based on optical fiber sensor was constructed. The test result shows that the system can realize goal of real-time monitoring and data storage.
